What do I need to apply?
You’ll need a valid photo ID, proof of income or enrollment, and contact details for any co-signers.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, a small application fee applies to cover background and credit checks.

How long does the approval process take?
Applications are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days.

The NEXTON Townhomes are currently under construction and will be ready for move-in starting August 1, 2026. As a brand-new development, The NEXTON is being built from the ground up to deliver modern design, high-quality finishes, and energy-efficient systems.

Private furnished bedrooms start at just $925 per month.
